If you exited the purchase procedure with the [escape] key or [enter] key or by any other means than the [close] button then probably the E-Book will not have unlocked automatically.

Purchased E-Books may sometimes lock if. for instance, an E-Book serial number changes due to a significant change in your hardware.

  • your Clickbank email receipt (as proof of purchase).

When you have received the unlock code by email ...

  • Click the [unlock] button.
