Problems unlocking an e-book

E-Books are currently set to unlock automatically when you purchase online (assuming you clicked the close button at the end of the purchase).
If you exited the purchase procedure with the escape key or enter key or by any other means than the close button then probably the e-book will not have unlocked automatically.
