Body Builders with Body Fat Problems Having studied the fattening problems of carbohydrates (for many people) I am inclined to say that if body fat is a problem to you then reduce the carbohydrates in your diet and concentrate more on proteins. There is an E-Book out called The ColorCode Diet that changes the body's fuel desire from carbohydrates (glycogen sugars) to natural fats and is a great diet for losing unwanted (and sometimes resistive) body fat.
