Metablast was originaly designed for body builders suffering slow gains. After 3 months on this course weight training should produce results again (as well as the gains achieved during the course).

Body Builders with Body Fat Problems
Having studied the fattening problems of carbohydrates (for many people) I am inclined to say that if body fat is a problem to you then reduce the carbohydrates in your diet and concentrate more on proteins.

I have an ebook out soon called The Carbfast Diet that changes the body's fuel desire from carbohydrates (glycogen sugars) to natural fats and is a great diet for losing unwanted (and sometimes unmovable) body fat. A controlled carbs diet is high in protein which is great for weight training but naturally thin people should not need to reduce carbohydrates.
